Will Comment Converter post replies for me automatically?
No. Comment Converter generates draft replies for you to review. Nothing is published unless you explicitly take action, and even then, only on platforms whose APIs support that, with your prior consent.
What data does Comment Converter access?
The minimum needed to do its job: your basic account info from your platform login, and the comments on content you own or have authorized us to read. We do not access your DMs, video drafts, or analytics that are not required for the inbox to function. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How does the AI learn my voice?
By looking at example replies you mark as "yes, that sounds like me." Drafts improve as you use the product. We do not train on your data to build models for other customers.
Can I disconnect my account at any time?
Yes. You can revoke access from inside Comment Converter or from your platform's connected-apps settings. When you do, we delete the access tokens immediately and your stored comment data on the schedule outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Which platforms are supported?
Comment Converter works with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. TikTok does not let apps pull comments, so we cannot offer TikTok comment replies.
